adidas Originals Montreal 76
adidas Originals reissue a trainer that was created as an all-purpose training and lifestyle shoe for the German football team to wear between matches in the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games. The Montreal 76 has not been available since 2011 and this time out the extravagant midsole still features, extending up and around the heel segment. Additional features include a perforated toebox, premium suede and leather uppers, a rubber outsole, tonal laces, a collapsible heel, a comfortable leather inside lining, a contrasting leather heel tab with the trefoil logo and branding to the tongue and side walls to finish. adidas Originals x Daniel Arsham New York ‘Present’
adidas Originals and New York City based contemporary artist Daniel Arsham launch part two of a three-shoe collaboration. The second instalment is a re-working of a vintage runner for the present day, with modern materials being the focal point. The New York ‘Present’ has been constructed with a leather-lined neoprene upper with an almost deconstructed and futuristic feel about it with metallic pops throughout. The sleek and stealthy upper is sat on a Boost midsole with a rubber outsole and features dual branding to the tongue, a quite unique, shiny metallic 3-Stripes detail to the side walls, replicated on the heel tab and tonal laces round things off nicely.

Penfield ‘Bear Pack’ Capsule Collection
The Massachusetts based outerwear brand Penfield have had a dig around in its archive and come through with the ‘Bear Pack’ Capsule Collection. The classic Penfield bear logo takes centre stage alongside an offering of jackets, t-shirts and a trucker hat. This sought-after collection welcomes back some great styles from past eras all decorated in the unique bear logo. These Americana-inspired styles are a throwback to America in the 80s and 90s featuring big logo prints and half-zip windbreakers. Included in the collection is a garment-washed t-shirt with sporty raglan sleeves with applique branding as well as the packable Pacjac windbreaker and the water-resistant and wind-proof Peacoat. The Bear Pack embraces red, white and blue colour-blocking with a nod to 80s Americana with the use of high-tech fabrics plus solid colours as an alternative to the stars and stripe theme. Karhu ‘Mount Saana’ Pack
The Finnish footwear brand Karhu return with another story for the AW17 season, labelled the Fusion 2.0 ‘Mount Saana’ pack. This latest exertion features new colourways of the Fusion 2.0 inspired by the legendary Saana mountain range in Finland.
The Fusion 2.0 comes in warm winter foliage colours similar to the seasonal landscape including a deep burgundy, tan and dark brown colourway alongside a second option of earthy greens, beige and hints of orange. The Karhu Fusion 2.0 ‘Mount Saana’ pack is finished with suede uppers, water-repellent leathers, nylon webbing tape, speckled midsoles, hiking laces and Karhu branding to the tongue.
