Following on from the official launch party at the Norse Store Women flagship store and after showing at Copenhagen Fashion Week, Norse Projects x Gore-Tex for AW18 has arrived at The Hip Store. The styles featured in this collection are the Thor Jacket and the Rokkvi 4.0 Jacket that include Gore-Tex construction. The idea behind this collaboration is to offer contemporary design in a garment that is versatile and covers both functional and social needs. Norse Projects x Gore-Tex can endure all the elements.

The latest version of Norse Projects’ classic Rokkvi parka has been developed in collaboration with Gore-Tex. This jacket features a Gore-Tex membrane that is bonded to a lightweight outer fabric and finished with a ‘Durable Water Repellent’ coating. The lightweight and waterproof outer is constructed using fully waterproof seam finishing with a fixed lining insulated with 90/10 EU Standard Certified Goose Down. This highly-breathable jacket features raglan sleeves for improved movability, a large hood, a full-length zip placket with an added storm flap and internal pockets that are designed for storage and quick everyday access. To ensure animal welfare, Norse Projects demands that all its down suppliers comply with RDS (Responsible Down Standard) certification.

The Thor jacket is a core Norse Projects line that has been updated with Gore-Tex technology. This version of Norse Projects’ Thor jacket features an insulated mid-layer making it a versatile all-season jacket. This coat has been made with a Gore-Tex membrane bonded to a nylon outer fabric and has been finished with a ‘Durable Water Repellent’ coating. Internally the membrane is protected by a thin carbon layer making it windproof, durably waterproof and breathable. Additional features include a turn-down collar, a full-length snap button placket with storm flap, two front pockets, fully-waterproof seam finishing, 700 fill power goose down (90% down, 10% feather) and a USA Standard Down Fill that complies with RDS (Responsible Down Standard).
