The GEL-NYC is a new silhouette in the ASICS range inspired by New York City, with the model having first launched in collaboration with Awake NY. The design blends archival inspiration with progressive performance running style to create a versatile modern lifestyle shoe.

The silhouette’s mixed-material upper references the iconic early ‘2000s GEL-NIMBUS 3 whilst also including features from the MC-PLUS V design. These retro influences contrast a tooling system taken from the GEL-CUMULUS 16. Finally lightweight foams and GEL technology inserts create advanced underfoot cushioning for comfort with every step.
