Pop Trading Company x Carhartt WIP AW19 Collection
This Winter, Amsterdam based skate label Pop Trading Company have worked with Carhartt WIP on a new dual-branded and equally co-designed collection which focuses around a tonal palette of black and grey hues. Classic Carhartt WIP styles such as the Detroit Work Jacket and Nimbus Pullover are included and have been re-worked with subtle twists by the Pop team. A co-branded lockup logo is seen across the collection in embroidered or classic Carhartt WIP patch form on hoodies, long sleeve tees, work vests and more. Pop Trading Company’s seasonal design traits are seen within the collection through the inclusion of stripes, corduroy and nylon being featured.
The lookbook for the collection was shot by Dutch photographer Koers Von Cremer who has a long-time collaborative relationship with Pop Trading Company.

YEEZY BOOST 700 ‘Teal Blue’
On 26/10/19 adidas + KANYE WEST launch the all new ‘Teal Blue’ colourway through the ever popular YEEZY BOOST 700 silhouette. The ‘Teal Blue’ colourway features an upper base composed of teal and navy suede overlays and premium leather with grey mesh underlays. Reflective heel and three stripe detailing rounds off the forward thinking silhouette alongside a BOOST-assisted midsole for comfort and stability.
The adidas + KANYE WEST YEEZY BOOST 700 ‘Teal Blue’ is launching at The Hip Store on 26/10/19 online at 07:00am and in Leeds from 08:00am.
Awake NY x Kappa AW19 Collection
This Winter Awake NY and Kappa have joined forces to work on a new collection which includes tracksuits, stadium jackets, football tops and bucket hats in a plethora of colour ways. Looking back to the 90’s for inspiration, the collection draws the line between streetwear and sportswear, merging both Awakes NY’s visual identity with Kappa’s Italian sporting heritage.
One of the standout pieces in the collection is the Awake NY x Kappa Football Jersey – featuring a bold front graphic depicting Times Square with Awake branding hidden with the neon advertisement boards and a back graphic which consists of a “Game colours” chart and collaborative branding.

Berghaus Dean Street Collection
This Winter Berghaus go back to Dean Street, Newcastle where it all started. Inspired by their deep and historic archive, Berghaus bring back some of their most iconic pieces re-mixed and updated for today. Original then, original now.
Key pieces in the collection include the Tempest ’89 Jacket, Ski Smock ’86 and the Tramantana ’91 Full Zip – all updated for the modern day whilst being made as close to the original design specifications. Whilst designing the collection, the Berghaus team went deep into their archives looking at original samples alongside vintage advertisements to really get back to the roots of the brand to re-create the most accurate representation of then now.
