David Keyte (Universal Works founder) purchased his very first pair of Birkenstocks – the Bostons, which were for many years his “home slipper”, then came the Arizona, which became his go-to “summer shoe.” Finally, during a trip to Japan he was introduced to the Zurich style from the BIRKENSTOCK family, which in turn became a personal favourite, alongside the Boston (with socks) just like his partner wore many moons ago – a great fitting climax to a 27-year love affair.

Carhartt WIP x Stance SS19 Collection
This SS19 season, Carhartt WIP have re-joined with Stance to create another limited-edition sock collection.
