Aime Leon Dore SS19

Building on the opening of their new flagship store and Greek inspired cafe, New York based Aime Leon Dore is back for SS19 with a new collection of smart-casual elevated streetwear.

Expect the usual premium touches from ALD such as French terry fleece, made in Canada jersey and extensively detailed branded embroidery. Standout pieces from the heavily 90s inspired collection include the Quarter Zip Pullover with felt appliqué branding and the bold colour blocked Heavyweight Rugby.

Patta SS19

Following on from recent collaborations with Nike and Benny Sings, Amsterdam based Patta present their first drop of SS19. The collection includes an array of graphic t-shirts and cut and sew pieces that are elevated with adjustable cord drawstrings and chenille details. Patta has worked with artist V. Van de Waal to create original artwork for a small collection of silkscreen graphic t-shirts which feature alongside other classic graphics in the drop such as the college inspired PT logo t-shirt.

Karhu ‘Catch Of The Day’ Pack

This March Karhu present the ‘Catch Of The Day’ Pack. The packs theme is based around fishing rods and lures as a reference back to the 1970’s when Karhu outdoors manufactured premium fishing supplies.

The pack includes five unique colourways that take inspiration from the bright, reflective tones of the fishing lures. Featuring the Aria, Synchron Classic and Fusion 2.0 silhouettes – each model is crafted with a mix of pigskin suede colour blocked on the various uppers combined with a breathable mesh. The pack is brought together with hits of neon green across each colourway.

adidas SPEZIAL SS19

Following on from collaborating with UNION LA in October, adidas SPEZIAL looks ahead to SS19 with a vibrant collection of iconic adidas staples, reinterpreted and contemporised for a modern audience.

Taking cues from London’s deep heritage within adidas collector culture, the collection – which will be released across two drops – uses Robert “Brooksy” Brooks personal adidas collection and his life in the capital as a key source of inspiration.

Drop one features the SL80 (A) SPZL, Colour pops of bright orange and clear blue in a footwear offering that also features two iterations of the Whalley SPZL, the Norfu SPZL, an AS 520 SPZL. The ZX530 SPZL, a feature of the original SPEZIAL release provides continuity and was inspired by a personal favourite shoe from Robert’s personal collection.

This season’s apparel continues the theme, with the bright orange Wardour military jacket, aimed squarely at SPEZIAL’s loyal terrace consumer, and the Gilbraith overshirt in clear blue which, alongside the Banktop overhead hooded top, combines utilitarianism with SPEZIAL’s commitment to traditional adidas design language. The Anton parka, McAdam tracksuit – a modern, tailored upgrade of the classic adidas Beckenbauer tracksuit. The standout Lymwood jersey, a football-inspired piece that features a sublimated mod trefoil repeater pattern in the fabric.

The rare appearance of a SPEZIAL baseball cap in collegiate navy, with a simplistic Adidas SPEZIAL box logo, accompanies the collection.
