Engineered Garments x Baracuta
For the AW18 season the famed British label Baracuta and Daiki Suzuki’s Engineered Garments collaborate refining two of Baracuta’s most infamous lines. The resulting capsule collection, a first between these two, brings the G9 and G4 Harrington-style jackets into the spotlight. A two-piece collaboration that strips back two icons, reworking them slightly, delivering muted black and navy colours across the two styles.
Arriving in limited numbers both the G9 and G4 jackets have been made with the original ‘archive’ fit as well as introducing new amends such as revised collar button holes, raglan sleeves with overstated gussets, side cinches, two-way zips, Engineered Garments branding at the inside pocket and branded hardware throughout.

Karhu ‘Track & Field’ Pack
The latest drop from Karhu is the ‘Track & Field’ Pack that is a tribute to the Finnish brand’s athletic sport roots. Track and field as a sport is where Karhu started out, appearing on winning podiums at the Olympics as well as National and University championships. The varying colours of racing tracks around the world inspire the colourways within this three-shoe pack. Part Two includes two brand-new colourways of the Fusion 2.0, launching at The Hip Store on 18/08/18. Launching online at 08:00, available at our Leeds store from 09:00.

Teva x Snow Peak
Two of the biggest names in the outdoor lifestyle arena collaborate for a second time with Snow Peak transforming Teva’s number one line, the Hurricane XLT 2 Sandal. Dropping in grey and black colourways this limited-edition release captures the adventurous spirit that both brands uphold.
These sandals borrow two key elements from Snow Peak’s camping and mountain equipment range, the paracord material and the triangular metal tip connectors. Additional features include a quick-release buckle, Cordura straps, a lightweight EVA foam midsole, a waterproof ‘Rugged Durabrasion Rubber’ outsole and branded woven tabs that complete the sandal.

Pop Trading Company AW18
After a triumphant debut season at The Hip Store, Amsterdam based Pop Trading Company return with a sophomore AW18 collection. Without straying too far from its skateboarding roots the label skilfully merge into menswear through refined cuts, elevated styling and neat branding.
For AW18 Pop Trading Company carry-over staples such as the branded logo t-shirts, the ‘O’ caps and the Drs Half Zip jacket. Additionally, this season the Dutch brand introduce a brand-new cut and sew offering comprising of outerwear and accessories as well as delving into legwear via denim and cargo pants.
