Engineered Garments SS18
One of the most highly anticipated delivery of the season has arrived. We are blessed with an action-packed brand list and things are looking better than ever but when Engineered Garments shows up it’s a great moment.

The Nepenthes label arrives true-to-form with core lines including the Atlantic parka, Cagoule jacket and its Carry All Tote.

Throw in some red-hot short sleeve shirts featuring abstract prints, all-over florals and soften cotton chambrays into the mix and you’ve got a mighty-looking summer selection.

The SS18 delivery is complete with a flamboyant pair of African-themed cut-and-sew shorts that you don’t want to miss.

It’s the usual story, numbers are limited and the American-made quality is unreal.

The Flamingo Print Camp Shirt has to be one of the best shirts of the season.

Engineered Garments SS18 is online now and available in our Leeds store.
adidas Originals by PORTER SS18
The legendary Japanese luggage brand Porter collaborate with adidas Originals for the SS18 season with a special-edition collection of accessories and footwear. At the core of this project is two of Porter’s most-popular bags and a legendary adidas Originals silhouette. This collaboration borrows designs, fabrics, and technologies from both parties that creates new identities to much-loved styles.

PORTER is one of the world’s leading luggage manufacturers, based in Tokyo, Japan where its products are both designed and made. As often is the case with Japanese brands, the skilled approach to creating products is vital. All PORTER items are handcrafted by skilled craftspeople utilising quality fabrics and precise methods. PORTER’s products have a timeless appeal, designed and made to last a lifetime. PORTER has an impressive collaborative history that includes Stone Island, Off-White and Fragment Design. PORTER products undergo years of development and testing prior to launch that ensures the best-possible product. Its products are instantly recognisable due to the glossy nylon padded fabrics, its signature orange linings and a woven branded PORTER tab.

Starting with the luggage, adidas Orignials and PORTER combine forces re-working the PORTER 3WAY Brief Case and the PORTER 2WAY Boston Bag.

The original inspiration for the PORTER 3WAY Brief Case comes from iconic MA-1 flight jackets, with a nylon padded fabric, multiple pockets and orange linings. Removable straps allow this bag to be worn as a brief case, shoulder bag or backpack. Features include a large zipped compartment, Velcro and snap-button closures on the front pocket and an interior laptop sleeve. The bag is transformed into an adidas Originals line with exclusive 3-Stripes zipper tape and PORTER’s orange lining is swapped out with adidas’ signature blue colour.

The 2Way Boston Bag follows suit regarding design and construction. Features include heavy-duty carry handles, a removable and adjustable shoulder strap, interior pockets, a blue inside lining and the contrasting 3-Stripes zipper tape to finish up.

The collaboration concludes with the Campus PORTER. This special make-up arrives in PORTER’s trademark black and orange colour combo. The trainer has been constructed with a nubuck upper, a nylon twill toebox that is made up of PORTER’s distinctive ‘TANKER’ fabric that continues right through the tongue. The trainer is finished with dual-branding on the at the tongue, gold foil ‘PORTER’ lettering beside the 3-Stripes, contrast Trefoil branding at the heel tab, black laces with branded tips and a black rubber sole.
