Stay Warm Wear Fleece
As leaves fall and evenings close in, it’s time to get ready to withstand whatever weather winter throws your way. Any kind of fleece is your best bet when the temperature drops, providing an extra layer of warmth when there’s a chill in the air. Fleece is a winter season necessity and here’s our guide on how to wear it.

The Synchilla Pullover by California-based outdoor brand Patagonia is one of the eco-friendliest garments around. Crafted from a soft fleece that’s 80% recycled and bluesign approved. Since the year 2000, Patagonia has been working with bluesign to radically reduce the environmental impact in the material supply chain. It goes with pretty much whatever you have on and there’s some great colours on offer.

The Hope Gilet by British mainstay Universal Works is an incredibly practical, lightweight gilet that’s been crafted from a woollen / polyester blend. A great piece to layer under a lightweight jacket during the cold times.

Based out of Massachusetts, it’s fair to say that Penfield know a thing or two about keeping warm. The Carney Fleece is an ideal mid-layer for the winter months constructed from a cosy and comfortable polar fleece.

In addition to being an all-inclusive winter must-have, this Patagonia jacket is from the Patagonia Fair Trade Fleece series which is an inspiring movement that supports the people behind the product. So not only do you look good whilst staying warm, you’re supporting a great cause.

Carhartt WIP re-works and adapts workwear silhouettes for the modern day and included in its latest offering is the Jonesville Bomber Jacket. Crafted from a hefty 9.1oz. polyester pile, this garment guarantees warmth even on the coldest of winter days.

ASICS Tiger for AW17
Our ever-growing brand roster continues to go from strength-to-strength and this season shows no sign of slowing down as we welcome ASICS Tiger to our footwear offering.
Combining Japanese sports-tech and global street style, ASICS Tiger is the lifestyle division of the ASICS brand. Our debut collection is not to be missed, including some legendary GEL-LYTE styles and brand-new silhouettes in an array of colourways.

First released in 1993, the GEL-LYTE V is the fourth shape in the GEL-LYTE series but as the number four has connotations with bad luck in Japan, the number five was used. This lightweight trainer is performance-based, form-fitting and infused with GEL technology.

First released in 1989, the GEL-LYTE III has evolved enormously over the past three decades whilst staying true to the original shape. The GEL-LYTE III is probably ASICS Tigers’ most-loved shape and the split tongue is an iconic bit of design in the world of trainers. This 90s runner offers style with the benefit of performance technology and for this season, ASICS Tiger present the GEL-LYTE III in a ‘Forest Camo’ colourway.

The ultramodern GEL-Kayano Trainer Lo has been crafted through a one-piece knitted upper with a reflective yarn for a modern look and feel. The trainer stays true to the innovative design of the original model including the exoskeletal cage design that wraps the knitted upper. The GEL-KAYANO Trainer Lo has a comfortable sock-like construction, a tonal rubber sole and an embroidered gold logo above the tongue.

Eco-friendly outdoor brand Patagonia not only doing cracking outerwear but its mid-layer and shirt selection is also second to none. This Fjord Flannel Shirt is traditional but casual, crafted from a heavy 6.5oz. 100% organic cotton.

New England outfit Cape Heights specialise in extremely warm wares and the Hyak Check Flannel Shirt mixes style and substance. An over-the-head style overshirt in a playful ombre check, crafted from a soft and warm 100% cotton with the addition of a handy front pouch pocket.

Trends come and go but Engineered Garments will always remain. With an undeniable Japanese aesthetic, this US-made shirt is more engineered than designed and feature modern fabrics and heritage details offering an ideal winter layering option.

Swedish outdoor label Fjallraven has come through with new goods for AW17 including an exceptional shirt selection. Within its latest shirt offering is the regular fitting Singi Heavy Flannel Shirt, crafted from a 100% organic cotton with G-1000 reinforcements to the inside collar, sleeve cuffs and pocket flaps.
