To highlight the launch of the latest NN07 AW22 collection at HIP, we met up in London with abstract painter and contemporary artist Gabriel Kerfoot in his studio space.

Growing up in Bristol before moving to London to receive a degree in Fine Art at Central Saint Martins.Gabriels work focuses on using acrylic paint and oil pastel on canvas to visualise possibilities of personal and social harmony. Key inspirations often include themes of secular spirituality and the extent of its role in society today. As well as the emotionally transformative effects of electronic music, and its relationship to abstract expressionism.

Copenhagen based label NN07 (NN standing for no nationality) was founded in 2007 by friends Ulrik Pedersen and Victor Lindh with the intention to create “the open-minded brand with no borders”. For A22 NN07 continues to redefine the modern casual wardrobe, playing with an eclectic infusion of vibrant layering and classic styles though a contemporary lens.
