Following on from his Superstar release in July, adidas Originals have worked with Jonah Hill to create a new take on the Samba alongside a capsule collection of matching tonal puffer coats, chinos and shorts. Throughout its existence, the Samba has cemented itself as a timeless staple that can be worn in many ways and is Hill’s personal choice from the adidas archive. Always ahead on the game when it comes to style off the court – adidas Originals have collaborated with one of culture’s most game-changing and of the moment creative forces, Jonah Hill, to present a striking spin on the timeless silhouette.

The Jonah Hill Samba creates an organic connection to Jonah’s own childhood influences, inspirations, and points of reference and follows a similar aesthetic as his Superstars. Bright hand-written branding features upon the leather uppers via embroidery on the mid-panel next to the iconic three stripes, while Hill’s initials have also been added onto the heel tab for a further personal touch. Crafted from premium leather and suede, the Samba looks back to the ’90s with the hand-written DIY like branding. The tonal aesthetic is continued with matching stitching, laces and classic rubber sole unit. Drawing inspiration from Jonahs own personal style, the collection is rounded off with a trio of matching tonal puffer coats, chinos and shorts to create various laid back looks for everyday wear all year round.
